È stata una settimana dedicata al lusso Made in Italy con il patrocinio dell’Ambasciata Italiana in Kuwait. After months of hard work we are happy to publish the pictures of the event “Salhia Speaks Italian 2012″ which took place in the homonymous mall in Kuwait City, one of the most famous of the Kuwaiti capital, January 12 to 19. It was a week dedicated to luxury Made in Italy under the patronage of the Italian Embassy in Kuwait. Vimercati Classic Furniture, with the collaboration of Sartoria Italia for which I sincerely thank our collaborator and friend Alain Roncoletta was able to expose its products with brands such as Maserati, Ducati, Jada Design to show the top of the Made in Italy. The presentation of our Vimercati Classic Furniture Collection is continuing. Starting from the historical brief, we will speak about dinner room and bedrooms Louis XVI style. This style had its evolution during the Louis XVI period in France. The period had a lot of changing of style with the return of the past frame and design. The old style with a taste of 7th century, lead to a kind of eclecticism and particular relation specially between neoclassical form and decoration design rococo.  Following the high quality and accurate finishing which distinguished since a long time the Classic Furniture from Vimercati, we realized the collection “White and Gold” style Louis XVI, rich in carving made by Maestro and expert.  The white finishing on the gold contradistinguish and extol the natural elegance of this furniture. After the brief summer break, Vimercati Classic Furniture reopen the doors of their showroom in Meda, presenting their new collections.  Moreover, As of mid September, Vimercati Classic Furniture will inaugurate its first selling point in the Middle East.  This beautiful initiative, fruit of the collaboration with “Sartoria Italia” (the reference of the Italian Luxury in Kuwait), will offer a prestigious exposure for our furniture in the Gulf Region, while ensuring a technical and professional support to our clients. In the meantime, a new section dedicated for “the customized classic luxury for every request” will be added in “the luxury classic Contract” page. We are delighted to publish first photos of our classic bedrooms in suites in the Hotel Villa Armena. Located in the romantic heart of Tuscany, only 20 minutes from Siena, only a stone’s throw from Montalcino and Val d’Orcia, in a fairytale world. Villa Armena is a late Renaissance structure. The presentation of our classic furniture continues, starting with a brief historical outline: Today let’s talk about art deco style of classic furniture. Art deco style can be considered an evolution of French Art Nouveau. This new style corrects the excessive curves and decoration of Art Nouveau to create a more contained and sober style, based on the use of geometric forms, graceful proportions and stylised motifs. The best known designers of Art deco love the simple, abstract, stylised shapes extolled by theuse of fine materials. Maintaining the high quality and accurate finish which has always distinguished Vimercati classic furniture, we have created this collection for the night zone using materials like rosewood and neutral lacquer.
