Un nuovo aggiornamento si aggiunge alla sezione “Vimercati Style” dedicata ai Mobili Vimercati. Abbiamo appena siglato un accordo in collaborazione con la ditta G.S.A di Mariano Comense, per la fornitura di alcune camere da letto all’interno della prestigiosa Casa di Riposo per Musicisti “Giuseppe Verdi” di Milano.  Questa importante struttura venne fondata da Giuseppe Verdi nel 1899 per dare ospitalitá agli anziani musicisti. Forse molti non lo sanno, ma è possibile visitare la cripta che conserva la tomba di Verdi e della moglie Giuseppina Strepponi.  Oggi la Casa di Riposo per Musicisti “Giuseppe Verdi” ospita, oltre agli anziani musicisti, anche alcuni giovani venuti a Milano per imparare l’arte della musica. La Casa di Riposo, oltre ad offrire i basilari servizi di assistenza, viene gestita nel rispetto del desiderio del suo fondatore: offrire a coloro che amano la musica,  un luogo dove poter invecchiare serenamente. Noi siamo onorati di poter contribuire alla realizzazione di questo importante sogno.

A new update is added to the “Vimercati Style” dedicated to Vimercati furniture.  We have just signed an agreement of cooperation with the firm GSA Mariano Comense, for the provision of some bedrooms in the prestigious Home for Musicians “Giuseppe Verdi” in Milan.  This important structure was founded by Giuseppe Verdi in 1899 to give hospitality to the elderly musicians. Perhaps many do not know, but you can visit the crypt which houses the tomb of Verdi and his wife Giuseppina Strepponi. Today the Home for Musicians “Giuseppe Verdi” houses, in addition to older musicians, some young people who came to Milan to learn the art of music. The Rest Home, in addition to offering basic services, is managed in accordance with the desire of its founder: to provide for those who love music, a place to grow old gracefully.  We are honored to contribute to this important dream.

Siamo giunti quasi alla fine dell’Anno, con questo post voglio augurare a tutti Clienti, Fornitori, Amici Che apprezzano le nostre collezioni, il design e la qualità un augurio di Buona Natale e Felice Anno Nuovo. Vogliamo segnalarVi un servizio che la rivista ID Interior Design di Kiev Ucraina, ha pubblicato  sui Nostri prodotti della collezione White and Gold.

We want to put in evidence a publication that the magazine ID Interior Design from Kiev Ukraina, published regarding our new products of the collection White and Gold.

Come di consueto prosegue la presentazione dei Nostri articoli partendo da un breve cenno storico, oggi parliamo della collezione Camera ‘800 Francese Luigi Filippo. Questo  stile si sviluppò  in Francia (1830 - 1848) durante il regno di Luigi Filippo proclamato re dei francesi dopo la Rivoluzione.  Questo stile è in sostanza una esagerata versione dello Stile Luigi XV, recuperato nel gusto per i mobili di grandi dimensioni, caratterizzati da gambe ricurve e molto decorate.  Con questa collezione abbiamo voluto reinterpretare le forme  stilistiche della tradizione coniugando linee che valorizzano i volumi morbidamente  curvati dei tops con i pregevoli intarsi sui cassetti. Anche la tecnica che utilizziamo per la finitura, ossia il tamponamento manuale di gommalacca e cera,  è ricavata dalle antiche tradizioni ebanistiche. L’utilizzo di questi materiali naturali permette di ottenere una finitura estremamente morbida al tatto. Tradizione e tecnica unite insieme per creare una collezione  di classica eleganza.

As usual we are presenting our articles, starting from a short historic introduction, today we talk about the collection of the Camera ‘800 Francese Luigi Filippo. This style was developed in France (1830 - 1848) during Luigi Filippo’s reign, proclaimed king of French after the Revolution. This style is in substance an exagerate version of the Style Luigi XV, recuperate in the taste for the fuirniture of big dimensions, characterized by curved legs and fully decorated. With this collection we wanted to render the stilistic shapes of the tradition, koining lines that enrich the volums softly curved of the tops with the precious inlays on drawers. Also the technique that we use for the finish, that is the manual work whit shellac and wax, is taken from the antique ebanistic tradition. The use of natural materials enable to obtain an extremely soft finish. Tradition and tecnique join together to create a classic and elegant collection.

As anticipated in the last post, we are glad to announce that we have published the new Vimercati Catalogue, a book that gather all our collections.  A special thanks goes to the guys that have taken care about the artistic production, because they have been able to realize our dream under all, and also the to printing department, because with their great competence, they have taken great care of every single detail during the entire delicate printing process.
I also want to thank my collegue Alessandra Vimercati because with her efforts, she has taken care about every detail. Dopo un breve pausa estiva abbiamo riaperto con alcune importanti novità. Per prima cosa vorrei ringraziare i miei collaboratori, che con il loro impegno, la loro devozione e lo stile dinamico, contribuiscono ad  affrontare in maniera efficace le sfide quotidiane di un mondo economico in rapido mutamento. La prima novità che introduciamo è l’apertura del nuovo Shoow Room Vimercati, che verrà inaugurato entro la fine di settembre all’interno della sede operativa di Via Calabria, a Meda. Uno spazio  espositivo creato per valorizzare le nuove collezioni Vimercati a disposizione dei clienti che vogliono vedere e toccare i mobili Vimercati.
La seconda novità riguarda l’ampliamento del nuovo sito internet: abbiamo ultimato l’area riservata dove potrà essere consultata con facilità l’intera selezione delle collezioni Vimercati.
Infine, la grande novità che siamo lieti di annunciare è l’uscita del nuovo Catalogo Vimercati: un libro che raccoglie le nostre collezioni storiche e quelle più recenti, per fornire ai nostri clienti una gamma completa di prodotti, per arredare ambienti prestigiosi ed eleganti.

After a short summer break, we are back with few important news. First of all I want to thank my colleagues, because with their efforts, their devotion and their dynamic style, they have contributed to handle effectively all the daily challenges of this always changing economic world.   The first news that we introduce is the opening of the new Show Room Vimercati, that will be inaugurated by the end of September inside the headquartes of Via Calabria, in Meda. An expositive space create to improve the new collections and that will allow all the clients that will come visit our Company to see and touch our furniture. The second news regards the implementation of our new web-site: we have done the private area where will be easily consultable the entire slection of all Vimercati collections.  In fine, the big news that we are pleased to announce is the publication of the new Vimercati catalogue: a book that gather our all-time collections and the most recent ones, in order to give to our clients a complete selection of products that can furnish prestigious and elegant houses.

Sono  lieto di inaugurare questa nuova sezione “Vimercati Style” dedicata all’utilizzo del mobile Vimercati nel mondo. Il primo post e dedicato ad una iniziativa in Toscana  che ci sembra un felice connubio tra la tradizione dell’arredamento e la moderna imprenditorialità. Siamo lieti di aver siglato un accordo con “Villa Armena Relais & Beauty Farm” per la fornitura dell’arredo interno della Villa.  Sarà Nostra premura appena conclusi  i lavori pubblicare le foto.

I am pleased to open this new section ” Vimercati Style”, dedicated to our products around the world. The first post is assigned to an initiative in Tuscany that, I believe is a happy marriage between  tradition and modern furniture entrepreneurship. I am pleased to have signed an agreement  with “Armenian Villa Relais & Beauty Farm” for supplying  the furnishings inside the villa.  As soon as work will be finished, we will publish the relative photos.
